Official district matters

Use the South Walton County Mosquito Control District's official contact channels for services, records, and board matters. The nonprofit email and consulting calendar on this site are not district intake channels.

The published conflict policy sets out Doug's commitments concerning district contracts, voting, and review by district counsel. A statement on a website is not an independent finding about compliance or how a particular engagement has been handled.

Programs, services, and bookings

Good Samaritan Institute, Inc. is the registered owner of the fictitious name GOODCOMBINATOR.AI in a retained Florida record printed June 29, 2026 (G25000082491). Linked project names describe different parts of Doug's work. A brand name or shared founder does not establish a separate legal entity, contracting authority, or common ownership of every linked service. The initiative directory distinguishes what is publicly documented from what still needs confirmation.

For any paid engagement, the written agreement should identify the legal provider, scope, price, payment recipient, data responsibilities, and applicable conflict review before work begins. Do not infer the contracting party from the email domain or this site's branding.
